Bullet Through Your Day
Changing the Way You Drink Your Coffee
Starbucks,
Coffee Bean, Peets – if these places ring a bell, you are amongst the majority
of people who have nothing but bland coffee. You wake up in the morning, drive
to your preferred coffee joint, for your first cup of joe. Noon rolls around,
and you’re feeling weary, crashing, ready for that second cup of coffee. If
this sounds like your typical morning, you’ve been drinking coffee wrong this
entire time.
What if I were
to tell you that drinking one cup of coffee a day would supply you with enough energy
– not for just a couple hours – for the whole day. Would you believe me? In
this article, I am going to teach you how to make a special kind of coffee,
known as the Bulletproof.

How to Make It
I really like your opening sentence because I feel like you led the reader to think you were going to say something different than insulting their coffee choices. I think you might be able to add a bit more to the second paragraph, but overall it's a good start!
ReplyDeleteI love the title. It caught my attention I was like bullet? My day? What? Let me read more.
ReplyDeleteThe title definitely had me thinking otherwise--bullet as in gun or bullet as in NutriBullet. While my mind was wandering elsewhere, I think that holds a special power in getting the reader's attention. One thing may be to edit "you are amongst the majority of people who have nothing but bland coffee," as it may deter readers from continuing because it's a jab. Instead you could simply connect Starbucks/CB/Peets to being a habitual part of peoples days--the next sentence. This would keep the reader engaged--"why yes I do go to Starbucks every morning,"--and increase the likely hood for them to read on!
ReplyDeleteI have no idea about bulletproof coffee, so I am super interested in this! Keep up the good work!
